When will my turkey and other cooked items be prepared?
Your turkey and all additional cooked items will be freshly cooked two hours before the start of your selected delivery time slot.
How will my turkey and other cooked items be packed and delivered?
Your turkey and other cooked items will be packed in insulated bags to help retain warmth during transportation. All items will be delivered directly to your doorstep by our in-house logistics team.
How will Christmas log cakes be packed and transported?
Christmas log cakes will be packed in cooler bags and transported in a freezer truck to maintain their temperature and quality during delivery.
Will my order arrive within my selected time slot?
We strive to deliver within your selected time slot. However, due to high order volumes during the festive season, deliveries may arrive slightly earlier or later. Thank you for your patience and understanding as our team works to deliver your order promptly.
Can I reheat my turkey before serving?
Yes, you may reheat your turkey in an oven before serving. Avoid prolonged reheating, as this can dry out the meat. Heat only until heated through to help preserve its moisture and texture.
