Description

Ingredient list: Fish Meat (60%), Bean Curd (20%), Thickener [Modified Tapioca Starch (INS 1414/E1414)], Onion, Palm Oil, Sugar, Garlic, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (Yeast Extract), Sago Starch, Humectant [Tetrasodium Diphosphate (INS 450iii/E450iii), Pentasodium Triphosphate (INS 451i/E451i)], White Pepper Powder, Egg White Powder.

Storage instructions: Keep frozen at or below -18°C. Colour and quality will be affected if repeatedly thawed and refrozen.

Directions for use: Cook from frozen.
Steamboat: Boil in 98°C–100°C hot soup for 5–6 minutes.
Deep Fry: Deep fry in preheated oil at 150°C–160°C for 4–4.5 minutes or until crispy golden brown.
Air Fry: Air fry at 200°C for 6–7 minutes.
Oven Bake: Preheat oven at 250°C for 10 minutes. Bake on baking rack for 12–13 minutes.
