Directions for use: Directions for use: Heat a wok and add cooking oil. Add sliced bell peppers and onions and stir-fry until aromatic. Add the Toman slices and stir briefly. Add black bean sauce and sugar, then stir-fry until the fish is cooked. Add cornstarch and mix to thicken the sauce. Stir briefly and serve.
